Service Description
A Soft Unload Session is a 30-minute, low-pressure space to gently let things out before they pile up. It’s for the weeks where you’re not in full meltdown, but your shoulders are tight, your chest feels heavy, and your brain won’t stop replaying the same scenes. Think of it as a reset for your nervous system when you’re carrying “just a little too much.” During this session, we move at your pace. You can talk, vent, ramble, or sit in thoughtful silence while I help you sort through what feels loud. We might: • Name what’s actually weighing on you • Untangle one or two key stressors so they feel less overwhelming • Use gentle grounding tools to help your body exhale • Identify one or two practical next steps or comforts you can reach for after we hang up This is a good fit if you’re: • Emotionally tired but still functioning • Feeling under-supported and just need someone steady to listen • Wanting a check-in between deeper sessions or bigger life moments Soft Unload Sessions are not therapy or a crisis service, and they don’t replace professional mental health care. They are sacred, supportive conversations designed to help you release pressure, feel witnessed, and leave with a calmer, lighter sense of “I can keep going from here.”
Cancellation Policy
🌕 RLB Vent Sessions – Booking Policy 🕯️ Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 12 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will not be refunded, as that time is held exclusively for you. 🌿 Late Arrivals If you’re running late, please message or email as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next booking. 🌸 Short Booking You may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your session. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. All sessions are confidential and held with compassion — please remember RLB Vent Sessions are not therapy. 💬 Confidentiality & Boundaries Everything shared during your session is confidential. RLB Vent Sessions are spaces of empathy and listening — not therapy or medical advice. If you are in crisis or unsafe, please reach out to local emergency services, a trusted friend, or your regional mental health helpline. 💖 Energy Exchange & Refunds All payments are considered an energetic exchange for time and presence.
