Refund Policy

Welcome to Shesha Love — The Neighbourverse, a creative space where every product is designed with intention, care, and a touch of enchantment. Each piece within our ecosystem — including The Love Warren, Molasses & Honey, Rhapsody Phoenix, Carmichael’s Workshop, and The Rich Little Bunny — is either handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or made-to-order.

Because of this, we uphold a clear and respectful no-refund policy for most items. Please read carefully below to understand the details and exceptions.

1. General Policy

All sales are final once payment has been processed.
This includes:

  • Handmade art pieces and jewelry

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads, printables, and journal pages

  • Grimoire collections and spiritual tools

We take great pride in ensuring quality and accuracy in every product before shipment or delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
To request a resolution, please email sheshalove@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement (when available)

  • A store credit for the same value

  • Or a partial refund at our discretion

Please note that damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or postal delays beyond our control does not qualify for a refund.

3. Digital & Downloadable Products

All digital products — such as journal pages, spell cards, PDFs, and templates — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue (such as a broken link or file access error), reach out to sheshalove@yahoo.com, and we’ll resend or repair your file at no additional cost.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, we may have already begun processing or creating your item, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, or your local courier).
While we are not liable for postal delays or lost parcels, we will gladly help guide you through the claim process when possible.

6. Custom Orders

Custom commissions, such as personalized trinket boxes, jewelry, or artwork, require advance payment and are non-refundable once production has started.
We will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure satisfaction before final approval.
