Shipping Policy

Welcome to Shesha Love — The Neighbourverse, where every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and sent from our studio with love and intention. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across our ecosystem — including The Love Warren, Molasses & Honey, Rhapsody Phoenix, CarMichael’s Workshop, and The Rich Little Bunny.

1. Order Processing

Each order is crafted, packaged, and shipped with care.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days for ready-made items.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces: 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and materials.
    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

During busy seasons or event periods (such as Kensington Market or special launches), processing times may extend slightly — but every order remains handled with intention and love.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.
We currently ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, and other verified courier partners.

You can select from:

  • Standard Shipping: Most affordable option with tracking (estimated 5–10 business days in North America).

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery with priority handling (estimated 2–5 business days).

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide wherever possible.
Please note:

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections or local courier processing times.

4. Tracking Information

All physical orders include tracking details where available.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped and marked as “In Transit,” ownership transfers to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels caused by postal services, weather, or customs issues.

If your tracking shows no movement after 14 business days, please contact sheshalove@yahoo.com for support. We’ll assist you in filing a claim or replacing the order (when possible).

6. Local Pickups & Events

Customers in the Toronto area may have the option of local pickup or in-person collection at Kensington Market or other vendor events.
If this option is available for your order, you’ll receive an email with pickup details, times, and verification steps.

7. Digital & Downloadable Products

Digital products such as journals, printables, spell cards, and guides are delivered instantly via email or download link.
No physical shipment is required, and there are no shipping costs for digital files.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
