About the Course

RLB’s VENT! Group Session is a free, one-time online gathering for up to 5 people who need a quiet, judgment-free space to breathe out what they’ve been carrying.

This session is:• A guided group check-in with simple grounding prompts• Space to share how you’re really doing, without needing to be “fine”• Gentle validation, emotional support, and practical grounding tools• Cameras-on or cameras-off friendly – whatever feels safest for you.

What to expect:

  1. Welcome & agreements – we set the tone for confidentiality, respect, and pacing.

  2. Body & breath check-in – a short grounding exercise to arrive in the moment.

  3. Sharing circle – each person gets time to speak or simply listen. No fixing, no advice unless requested.

  4. Soft landing – we close with a brief grounding practice and a reminder of next steps & resources.

This is peer support, not therapy or medical care. It’s best suited for folks who are feeling overwhelmed, tender, or alone with their thoughts and want a calm group space to feel seen and supported.

If you are currently in immediate crisis or unsafe, please reach out to your local crisis line or emergency supports first. This group is a companion space, not an emergency service.
